Responsible for development and delivery of services for brand development, demand generation, and customer experience design, our goal is to deliver measurable return on marketing investment by generating demand with practical branding and storytelling, content creation, and audience engagement.
The Purpose
To grow the our clients' social influence and reach, aligned to the brand and target market personas. The role also will support and grow B2B special interest communities that exist to spark ideas, enable innovation and facilitate collaboration. As such, you’re passionate about helping professionals from diverse backgrounds connect with each other across a variety of channels.
Responsibilities of the Role
Thoroughly understand and distribute the messaging and branding of business through our digital and community channels that will support and implement the social component of the community programmes. End-to-end member community coordination - incorporating social facilitation and management of online content hubs, email communications, online meetups (and someday soon in-person events), as well as the moderation of the community app. You must demonstrate a relentless focus on building social influence that contributes to an improved overall engagement experience.
